It depends on how your customer pays and on your plan, and it’s lower on every paid plan:
PayPal and Stripe also charge their own processing fees to your PayPal or Stripe account.
All new stores start as micro-sized. As your store grows, we’ll keep an eye on size and activity to work out where you actually sit. If you ever outgrow your plan, we’ll let you know in plenty of time and help you choose a bigger one.
No — free, secure hosting is included on every plan. Including Community.
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. Payments are processed by Paddle.
Yes — on every plan, including Community. Bring your domain across (just point the nameservers at the Cloudflare ones we provide) and SSL is set up automatically.
No. You can cancel any time. After cancellation, your store reverts to the free Community plan and stays live — no further payments will be taken.
Yes — within 5 days of payment for monthly plans, or within 28 days for annual and multi-year plans. We deduct an admin charge (£10/$10/€10, or £20/$20/€20 if a free domain was claimed) plus a 5% refund fee, and we don’t refund days you’ve already used since your last payment. See our terms and conditions for the small print.
You can. Upgrades take effect immediately and billing is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Each plan is unique to its store and isn’t transferable. Your domain name, however, can be moved between your stores.
Yes, any time. Just drop support a note and they’ll switch you over.
